About Bylingokids
Hello and welcome to ByLingo Kids! My name is Angela de Filippo and I am passionate about helping children unlock the incredible gift of bilingualism. Here's my story and how it led to the creation of ByLingo Kids.
I was born and raised in Italy, where I grew up speaking Italian. My journey with languages truly began when I moved to the United States. Immersing myself in a new culture, I learned English, which opened my eyes to the power of language in connecting with the world.
Driven by this newfound passion, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and French, further expanding my linguistic skills. Today, I am fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, and I have a strong working knowledge of French.
Becoming a certified dual-language teacher was a natural step for me. Over the course of 14 years, I dedicated myself to teaching children how to become bilingual, blending my love for education with my belief in the transformative power of language. During this time, I discovered the joy of seeing young learners grow confident in expressing themselves in multiple languages.
At BylingoKids, our mission is to create a nurturing and engaging environment where kids can explore and master new languages while building cultural awareness and self-confidence.
